It's 3am and I'm awake with a pretty remarkable headache. So I sucked down a fistful of ibuprofen and some sinus pills. Now I'm just surfing the inter-tubes looking for some entertainment to take my mind off of the dull thud. I found this:
I'm a big fan of Marc Maron. His perspective of human nature is often provocative and always interesting. I know that I should probably add a lot of caveats here but just step back an enjoy this bit for what it is. Did you do it? Are you sure? OK, now you can make a comment.

Hi - just found your site. I was attracted to it because I am always quoting that line from the Declaration of Independence to my clients. I am a psychologist. Also completely loved the video. It really made me laugh and I can think of a client would would benefit from it. A little laugh therapy!

Hi, Two things to check out regarding depression. Ask your doctor to test your testosterone levels and vitamin D levels. Also a good friend of mine a doctor of naturopathy told me that extra Vitamin Bs is important. I took some vit. B complex from the pharmacy and did not notice much difference. However I then went to a health food store and got one of those vitamin liquids that had a lot of vitamin B and I am telling you I feel much better. I also tried St John's wort which helped some but not enough. I have also been thru the medication route. Good Luck.
Funny!
I would like to offer you the use of any of my Mental health humor cartoons to blog about or to use in a feature. All I ask is that they are not edited and that you link back to my blog.
If you can blog roll me too would be great... The cartoons are part of my non-profit project to use humor to heal and the cartoon meant to be positive and help educate about mental disorders.

Great video! I love the humour and the message, especially the comments about prozac at the end. such a good way to get a message across. I have just won years of clinical depression without drugs. Its taking me a year of hard work and many set backs, but my depression is finally becoming a thing of the past.
YES! I am cheered up! This guy is fab. I remember 20 years ago, a friend read a quote to me that has always brought me a bit of peace. I think it was said my someone named Paramahansa Yogananda (my memory is pretty good, eh?) and he said: To be well adjusted in a sick and profane world is not neccesarily a sign of health.
